When the music industry is getting saturated with secular villain music, these top ten Christian hip hop artist also known as truth music is making a wave through all ages. Although some have similar styles as famous artists these artists go beyond the skills you get from your everyday artists.

1.Bizzle

Starting on the top of our list is Bizzle, with his consistency and evolutionary style he never ceases to amaze listeners with diverse topics we all face today. Throughout his music carrier Bizzle vocabulary is always on point, with perfect syllables without missing a beat, his skills push other artists to try to keep up with him.

 

 
2.KB

Laying a line of fire tracks, KB shows the world what his lyricism is impassioned and astute, and he won’t be bent against his will. Given his commanding presence and consistent output, it comes as no surprise that the world has taken notice. The track “100” from the EP of the same name, took home the Dove Award for Rap/Hip-Hop Song of the Year in 2014. And his last LP, 2015’s Tomorrow We Live, garnered both critical and commercial acclaim, earning a Stellar Award nomination for Rap/Hip-Hop Gospel CD of the Year and debuting on the Billboard charts as the No.1 Christian Album and the No. 4 Rap Album overall.

 

3.Whatuprg a.k.a Raul

Our favorite Mexican artist proves that good music with sauce can come from anywhere, through a dark time of his life. Raul uses his music to fight back the oppression of the US  government deporting his faithful father. Which he makes solid points to not to judge or stereotype race. Next in line in the Reach Records roster is 1k Phew, hitting the game with the freshest hook chorus no wonder his music got stuck in our heads as number 4 on our list. 1K Phew exudes that authenticity in his music and lifestyle, all the way down to the name. “My mission is to keep it 1,000. That’s where the 1K comes from,” says the 25-year-old rapper. His latest project, What’s Understood 2 is pure, unfiltered trap, not designed in a lab, but shaped by his East Atlanta home.

5.Lecrae

Which is to say that his art, not unlike his life, has been as much about inspiring the streets, and about justice, freedom, and interrogating real-world issues, as it is about his personal journey of faith. His music has long served as a call to arms for those willing to sacrifice for a cause beyond themselves. Still, he won’t be boxed into any genre or made to serve as a poster-child for any particular agenda.

6. Swoope

Lawrence Allen Swoope II, mononymously-known as Swoope, is an American hip hop singer-songwriter and producer born and raised in Akron, Ohio.  Blazing his way through the charts leaving his mark through playlist and commercials, Swoope is a force not to reckon with.

Marques Adams, who goes by the stage name Sevin, is an American Christian hip hop rapper, his music, and creative punchlines speak to the souls of the redeemed. With his dark past, his testimony speaks volumes to fight the good fight we all battle inside.

 

10.GAWVI

GAWVI has spent over a decade conceiving chart-topping hits, racking up unassailable production credits with some of hip hop and pop music’s indisputable luminaries. His innovative production has brought home a DOVE Award four times and his music has been featured on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
