When the music industry is getting saturated with secular villain music, these top ten Christian hip hop artist also known as truth music is making a wave through all ages. Although some have similar styles as famous artists these artists go beyond the skills you get from your everyday artists.
1.Bizzle
Starting on the top of our list is Bizzle, with his consistency and evolutionary style he never ceases to amaze listeners with diverse topics we all face today. Throughout his music carrier Bizzle vocabulary is always on point, with perfect syllables without missing a beat, his skills push other artists to try to keep up with him.
2.KB
Laying a line of fire tracks, KB shows the world what his lyricism is impassioned and astute, and he won’t be bent against his will. Given his commanding presence and consistent output, it comes as no surprise that the world has taken notice. The track “100” from the EP of the same name, took home the Dove Award for Rap/Hip-Hop Song of the Year in 2014. That’s where the 1K comes from,” says the 25-year-old rapper. His latest project, What’s Understood 2 is pure, unfiltered trap, not designed in a lab, but shaped by his East Atlanta home.
5.Lecrae
Which is to say that his art, not unlike his life, has been as much about inspiring the streets, and about justice, freedom, and interrogating real-world issues, as it is about his personal journey of faith. His music has long served as a call to arms for those willing to sacrifice for a cause beyond themselves. Still, he won’t be boxed into any genre or made to serve as a poster-child for any particular agenda.
